If a car is bought for you from your funds in Court, it is under the control of the Senior Master.

Funds in Court [FIC]  puts a ‘security interest’ on all vehicles bought through funds in Court.

The security interest is there to protect your vehicle. This means that the car cannot be sold or traded without the Senior Master’s approval.
